Description:
Earnscliffe Recreation Centre celebrated its Grand Re-opening on September 29, 2007. Recently this facility underwent a complete renovation. Improvements include a second ice surface, new tennis courts, upgrades to change rooms, much-needed new community meeting spaces and expanded parking. Brampton City Council approved $120 million dollars to modernize Earnscliffe and Century Gardens; another renovation by Bousada and PCL.
Job Details:
- 20,000 sq.ft of ceramic tile in the washrooms and main lobby
- 15,000 sq.ft of specialty skate flooring surrounding the ice rink
- 2,000 sq.ft of wooden gym flooring
Background:
Earnscliffe Recreation Centre has been one of the busiest recreation centres in Brampton for almost 30 years. In order to accommodate the needs of the fast growing community, the City of Brampton is renovating or building exciting new facilities like Cassie Campbell, the Brampton Soccer Centre and Century Gardens. |
