Teaming with PCL Constructors, Bousada was pleased to be a part of the opening of the highly esteemed Cleveland Clinic, located in the prestigious downtown Toronto offices of Brookfield Place (former BCE Place). The clinic features an exercise physiology training area, cancer prevention centre and the "Canyon Ranch" Executive Health Program.
Job Details:
- Complex 6x6 wall tile and mosaic floors in the showers and washrooms
- Specialized antibacterial waterproofing to ensure the clinic is sterile
Project Challenges to Overcome:
- Located on the 30th floor of a busy downtown Toronto office
- After-hours staging of material and deliveries
